Your personal growth partner.

The Power of GRIT.

Dr Carol Dweck outlines that there are two mindsets, the fixed mindset where a person believes that their qualities are 'carved in stone' and can not be improved. Or the growth mindset, where the qualities you are born with are just the starting point and can be improved with practice. (Mindset 2017)

Pessimism is when someone sees the worst in everthing, everywhere. How much forward momentum would a pessimist make toward a goal?

Optimists on the other hand, are far more likely to make continuous progress towards a goal even after a challenge or setback.

Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

Grit. Life will always provide plenty of difficulties so resilience is essential for success.

Your passion is linked to your 'why'. It's what gets you out of bed, lights your fire, fills you with joy.

To achieve great things, truely great things, you need to be passionate about it.

Most people know what a habit is. Most people would probably have a few habits. Habits can be good or bad. We want to replace bad with good and have the power of habitual automation working for us.
